- mentoring sessions with the author of the program
- support from a multidisciplinary team, including a mentor, instructor, psychological support specialist, and, when needed, management or communication consultants
- English-speaking communication sessions tailored to professional fields
- combined sessions (teacher + psychologist, teacher + mentor)
- offline events (retreat-style meetings: Nature-based Recovery Activities)
