Psychosocial transformation is a process of working through experiences and emotional states that can be difficult to navigate alone,  when life becomes overwhelming and internal resources are no longer sufficient. We help individuals move through challenging periods, restore stability, and regain a sense of clarity, control, and direction.

At SHINE, this area encompasses a full continuum of support: from comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic evaluation to the design and implementation of individual and group-based interventions aimed at restoring functioning, strengthening resilience, and enhancing the ability to cope effectively under pressure.

Our approach focuses not only on symptoms, but on the underlying factors that contribute to distress. We integrate psychological interventions, psychoeducation, rehabilitation practices, and body-oriented approaches, including equine-assisted services as a powerful tool for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and recovery.
